A new two-story elementary school located in Timnath, Colorado, this 63,000 square foot building is a prototype design for the Poudre School District. The facility provides learning and special program centers as well as new site improvements. Sustainability, system performance and use of day lighting have been emphasized to achieve LEED® certification. In May of 2008, this school was the first in the nation to achieve the LEED® for Schools Gold Rating. The building consists of concrete foundations, structural steel, masonry, metal siding and roofing.
