Ginger and Baker is a three-story building converted from the former Feeder’s Supply building in Fort Collins, Colorado. The project included a complete renovation of the 106-year old building and a new 3-story addition in the adjacent lot which is now The Cache, an additional restaurant. The Ginger and Baker facility contains a pie shop, two restaurants, a coffee/retail shop, a private wine cellar, dining room, and a rooftop restaurant/bar at the historic downtown spot. Ginger and Baker received the Fort Collins Friend of Preservation Award in 2019 for the adaptive re-use and historical preservation of the Feeder's Supply building.
