The Good Samaritan Loveland Town and Wellness Cetner underwent a renovation to 20,000 square feet of apartment and recreational space in Loveland, Colorado. Existing apartment space in the assisted living community was transformed into both a town center and wellness center for its residents. The changes to the Village include a number of amenities to increase residents’ quality of life. The Town Center features a library, meeting rooms, a gaming room, and a general store while the Wellness Center has an aerobics and cardio studio, spa, and juice bar.
