This downtown loft on the top floor of an existing mixed-use building was an exciting challenge for Dohn Construction. While the building had outdated infrastructure, Dohn was able to overcome design challenges in the field while being conscious of neighboring commercial and residential tenants during construction. The finished unit included an open floorplan with a custom steel staircase providing access to a private rooftop deck with spectacular city views.
