The 70,393 square foot wood framed building offers a mix of 23 one bedroom units, 23 two bedroom units and 8 live/work studios. The interior unit finishes consist of custom cabinets, exposed ducts, quartz and granite counter tops, LVT flooring, stainless steel appliances, large Trex patios, and “sports closets” (in which residents are able to store bicycles, skis, and equipment). The units have been designed to attract a wide variety of tenants; from the young professional to the retiree who wants to enjoy the proximity to, and amenities of, downtown.
