This award-winning 31,000 square foot mixed-use building reworks an existing landmark building in historic downtown Fort Collins. The project added three stories to an existing commercial building. An engineering firm occupies the commercial office space, with storage for all tenants in the basement. The upper floors consist of seventeen residential lofts with private terraces.
