This project consisted of a five-story, 250,000 square foot Senior Living Center Resort with a 50,000 square foot underground parking structure. There are 116 luxury independent apartment units with either balconies or patios. Seven elevators were included for easy access to all apartment homes. In addition to the luxury apartments, the building also houses commercial amenities such as general store, cafeteria, coffee lounge, library, chapel, and a billiards room. The structure is comprised of a composite steel and bar joist system with a stucco and stone exterior façade. Dohn also completed the dining room and chapel addition to the Senior Living Resort.
