Located in a 15,000 square foot retail building at the 25/34 Development in Johnstown, CO, the TREK bike store occupies 7,000 square feet of the space and is the first bike store in Colorado to be LEED® Sliver Certified. The core and shell is constructed of structural steel, steel stud framing with a stucco and masonry exterior finish. The TREK tenant finish consists of open structure ceiling, slat wall systems, stained concrete floor, bamboo wood flooring, a bike wash and two customer service stations.
