This project consisted of an addition and remodel to the existing St. John’s Elementary School in Loveland, Colorado. The addition included a new day-lit gymnasium and supporting spaces designed for multiple activities. Also included is a new rotunda entrance to the gym that creates an inviting second main entrance to the school. A complete redesign of the existing parking lot with significant vehicle circulation, landscape, utilities, and drainage improvement was undertaken. The playground was relocated and enlarged with new equipment, improving accessibility and safety.
