This Starbucks core and shell project consisted of the new construction of a 2,116 square foot coffee shop with a drive-thru and patio area. The total site is comprised of 28,277 square feet, and the building itself is LEED certified to meet Starbucks green component standards. The exterior site includes concrete drives, asphalt parking, drive-thru, exterior patio, site lighting, and signage with finishes consisting of nichiha cladding, brick and stucco.
